資(zi)(zi)產(chan)招租(zu)預招標(biao)信息公告是海(hai)恒集團紀委(wei)在推動解(jie)決國有資(zi)(zi)產(chan)出(chu)(chu)租(zu)出(chu)(chu)售遺留(liu)問題、推動監(jian)(jian)督與(yu)中(zhong)心業務深度(du)融合(he)方面(mian)提出(chu)(chu)的(de)一項全(quan)新舉措和(he)(he)具體實踐。年初,面(mian)對各平臺公司(si)普遍出(chu)(chu)現的(de)租(zu)金(jin)拖欠難(nan)(nan)(nan)收繳、違約金(jin)難(nan)(nan)(nan)執行、履約保(bao)證金(jin)預收難(nan)(nan)(nan)等(deng)國有資(zi)(zi)產(chan)出(chu)(chu)租(zu)、出(chu)(chu)售問題,海(hai)恒集團紀委(wei)主動融入,一邊(bian)召(zhao)開協調會迎難(nan)(nan)(nan)調度(du),督促(cu)收回租(zu)金(jin),強化(hua)監(jian)(jian)管措施,推動問題解(jie)決;同時一邊(bian)積(ji)極探索建立長效(xiao)機(ji)制,從制度(du)機(ji)制上完善(shan)和(he)(he)規避問題的(de)產(chan)生(sheng)。
